I can’t comment or post… i’ve reset my phone uninstalled and reinstalled. signed out then signed in. nothing is working please help…

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Fitbit community features are a great way to connect with other Fitbit users, but at this time these features are available to customers with a device connected to their Fitbit account (MobileTrack doesn't count) or to customers with a Premium subscription. If you want to post to community groups, comment on or cheer posts, or send friend requests, please connect a Fitbit device to your account.
