I have followed all the instructions for Bluetooth problems and still have trouble. I have encountered this with 3 devices. A flex, an Alta and an Alta hr. The later 2 are brand new and I don't see how they all could be bad. It is really frustrating to go through all the troubleshooting steps every day to get it to work. Is there a problem with the app? It seems I have to force stop and start to get the connection to work. I love the device but I hate this problem. Please enlighten me.
