I have been trying since Friday, August 1st, to delete some of the water intake I logged. Instead of erasing, I keep encountering "an error occurred" and the log does not delete. I have ran into several problems with my FitBit Versa 4 and the app. I am tired of all reoccurring issues and things getting resolved a week later.
Update: Discovered now I cannot edit my water logs as well as delete incorrect water logs. I’ve done everything FitBit recommended and still nothing works. Fitbit, please make this right. I’m tired of issues getting resolved weeks later🙄

@Queen_T_15 Water logging is an app feature. Do you use an Android or iPhone?

@Queen_T_15 I moved your post to the iOS app forum. I don't use this feature. My first step when I get any error is to sync my Fitbit, delete the app, then reinstall it. If this doesn't help, then there might be a new bug in the Fitbit app that needs to be reported. If you use a Google account, you can send feedback yourself. Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.

I’m having same exact issue on my Versa 4 watch. Water is not allowing changes or delete to logs.
