Hello, I just bought myself a Fitbit inspire, but cant download the Fitbit App to my Iphone 5- iOS 12.4.8 

The message appearing in the App store is ''requires iOS 12.2 or later' but my iOS12.4.8 won't allow me download it. Any other options to get started with the Fitbit inspire? Thanks

Hello @MiriamD73 and welcome to the Help forums.  I am scratching my head over your issue.  You say you have an iPhone 5, not a 5s.  The maximum major iOS supported by an iPhone 5 is iOS 10.  So I am not sure how you have iOS 12.4.8 on your phone.  

 

I can say that the iPhone 5 is no longer on the list of compatible iPhones.
