Hello,
i am hoping someone will be able to assist me. I am new to Fitbit and have just bought my first one (inspire 2). I have an IPhone 6 but am not able to download the Fitbit app as I am not able to get the latest ISO 13 update.
Does anyone know a loophole? I was so excited to start this journey and am now disappointed. Surely I don’t have to buy a new phone just to use my Fitbit!?

Hi @Mclaforce there is no loophole. If you have a friend or family member who could set you up and let you sync to their phone, you could then see your progress on the website. The iOS must be 13 or higher to download the app and without the app, there is no connecting the Fitbit to the phone, which is required to upload the data to the Fitbit servers. Would you happen to have a iPad that is 13 or higher?

@Mclaforce There is a different reason why you should consider replacing your phone. The iPhone 6 is no longer supported by Apple. You won't get any security updates.
