Can't edit Exercise (Run)

Hi,

Having trouble editing the distance of my run. Fitbit tends to log more kilometers than I actually ran. 

In this case, I ran 10km not 10.4km. I'm on the app, in the edit menu, changed it to 10km but when I click done it shows 10km for a second and reverses back to 10.4km.

Also, cannot edit exercise on the online dashboard. Also showing 10.4km.

Iphone 10: IOS 12.3.1

Fitbit app: Version 2.95

Device: Charge 3

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for sharing your phone's information. Let's work on this together! Since everything is up to date, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.

2. Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article.

3. Reboot your phone.

4. Open the Fitbit app and log in to your account.

5. Try editing your exercise details one more time.

Hi, I had a similar problem, been for a run that is 6 miles my Fitbit estimated 6.3 miles I have tried editing the length and it quickly reverts to 6.3. As you suggested logged out and quit the app, restarted the phone but had the same result.
