I just bought the new charge 2 Sunday and have not been able to even set it up on my iPhone! So frustrating!! I set it up on my husband's android phone and it works fine and also our Samsung tablet. Why won't it work on my iPhone. It is updated to latest version and we spent over an hour on the phone with tech support troubleshooting and nothing worked. Please help!

I have same problem but with the Alta. Super frustrating. Spent so much time trying to figure it out. No results.

I just bought the charge 2 and I can't even get it to charge. I am sending it back. I have the regular Charge and love it. This one is a pain. I have wasted two days reading and trying to make it work. I am over it. My first one Charge 1 was wonderful, the strap started coming apart and the warranty was up three months ago. Had to buy a new one and it doesn't work. Not a good reputation for the charge 2.

@Zybo33 - Sorry you're having problems charging. It can be tricky placing the Charge 2 securely in the charger. It should snap into place with the button squarely in the hole. If it is seated correctly, the display will briefly show a battery icon. Please try it one more time. If you have a faulty device, the next one should be fine. I've had the Charge 2 since they came out and have had no problems with it.
