Having trouble viewing route/ map on fit bit flex4 ...so annoying ...my last cheap fitness tracker was way better ....annoying

@Lulu44   Can you please provide some more details about your trouble with your iPhone view?  You say you are using a Flex 4, but there is no Flex 4. There is a Flex 2 and a Charge 4.

 

I am also moving this post to the iOS forum.  It is a better fit.

Hi yes it is a charge 4 ...I couldn’t get map route up it used to show but now it won’t I also logged in and out a few times and lost all my previous data ...so annoying I hate this device
