Hi there @Litletree how are you? Welcome to our Community! Man TongueI noticed my friend  @SunsetRunner  provided you with a great suggestion to help you resolve your issue. Did it worked? If it didn't let please let me know first if you're not seeing your steps tile on your Fitbit iOS App or if your steps tile is showing 0 steps? Also, I'd like to know if your tracker was successfully paired to your account by doing the following:

1. Go to your Fitbit iOS App Dashboard.

2. On your "Account" section you should see a tile with the name of your tracker on it.

Please let me know if you see this tile because maybe you're not seeing your steps since your tracker was not paired successfully.

Let me know how it goes! Cat Wink
