HI! So for about two hours on and off tonight I have been trying to set up my new Charger four. I have an Iphone 11, and the most up to date software. I have read a ton of suggestions within this website, and nothing is working. I cannot get any notifications from my phone (text, calls, calendar, email), I do not have a sleep time option within settings on the charger, and when I go into settings and try to turn off DND it will not allow me to return the main screen or any other options. If I click the side button, it turns DND back on?? When I hold the side button while on the main clock screen it shows me that DND is off. But it says it is on if I look at within settings on the charger. I'm so disappointed. I was really hoping this was going to help by making things a little easier, not spending time I already do not have.

Finally figured it out. Hope this helps. On your Fitbit watch you will need to turn off “Do not Disturb” and “Sleep Mode”
On your Fitbit Watch:
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to Do Not Disturb & select off
3. then scroll to Sleep Mode & select off
Once this is done you will start getting the vibrations from calls and texts. This will not affect your alarm settings. The alarm will still alert you & vibrate.
