Can't have 2 wearables connected to app. Got that. Why not make it easier to switch back and forth?

I recently upgraded from a Versa 2 to a Sense 2. My child (under 10) has a Versa 4. I know I can't connect them simultaneously - something about the different functions and the app gallery and whatnot. However, child does not have a phone nor will have one in the next few years - and when the Versa 4 goes out of sync, it's a 15 minute process to swap out the devices, re-sync, and swap back to my Sense 2.

There's got to be a better way to do it - why isn't there some sort of profile / capability in the app so I don't have to essentially uninstall / reinstall every time the Versa 4 goes out of wack?

@Flaryngitis   I apologize if I misread what you wrote.  It sounds like your are switching between the Sense 2 and Versa 4 on your account.  Each user must have their own account.  When users share a phone, one user must log out of the Fitbit app.  Then the other user can log in to sync.  Please give more details if I'm wrong.

As of today, a 10 year old can't use a Versa 4 on their own account.  This is because the "adult" devices (anything that isn't an Ace model) have a web dashboard that isn't compliant with children's internet privacy protection laws.  But Fitbit is shutting down the web dashboard on July 8.  But I still think it will take some time before a 10 year old will be able to set up any device they want to use.
