Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @roeless
Thank you for coming to the community with your question. I believe I might be able to help. Let’s try this:
log out of your a Fitbit App
force shut the Fitbit App by swiping the App up
Now turn your iOS device completely off and wait 1-2 mins then restart your iOS device
Allow the iOS device to completely load
now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password
sync your Fitbit App
now try manually inputting your active
😃 please let me know if this resolves your issue. If this does indeed resolve your issue could you please tap “choose as best answer” box under my post here online? Doing so really helps other individuals who come to this Community looking for answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it!

Hello again @roeless
😃 I gather from your response that you might be from the Netherlands. This gives me a clue. Let’s try this.... I ran into this before and it worked. Maybe it can help you as well. Here’s how:
go to your online Dashboard (tap the word Dashboard upper right)
scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see a tiny location....change it to United States.
now try to log activities and see if that works.
😃 let me know if that works for you

Hi, @roeless , which activity are you trying to log? If it is a common activity that is built into the Fitbit app, if you start typing a word in the search box it should come up. Have you tried this?
If it is a custom activity, not one built into the Fitbit app, then you must create it in the online dashboard first before it is available to you in the app. To do this, go to your online dashboard. There is a link at the top right of every page when you are logged in to the Community. From the online dashboard choose “log” and then “activity”. Scroll to the bottom of the page. On the left you will see a search box to check which activities are bult in. On the right there will be a box for creating a custom activity. Be sure to save.
Although you can only create a custom activity in the online dashboard, once created it will be available to you in the app. Go back to your app and now in the search box start typing your activity. It should appear and you can log it.
You should not need to change your country to the United States, and I would not recommend that, as it can have other effects.
Please let us know if this is still unclear or not working. Maybe a screen shot would help?

Hi @Julia_G and @SunsetRunner ,
Thanks for your great responses. I was try to log kickboxing because i can't wear the fitbit at the training, but nothing was showing up at the searchbox. Today i was going for a run and after i logged my first run it is working 😄
So thanks again, and have a fit weekend 🙂
