Unable to log food or water in App. Using Fitbit Inspire HR and IPhone 11.

The App is on IPhone 11. A friend having same issue told me to log off App, turn off blue tooth and shut down phone for a few minutes. This actually works when I turn the phone and blue tooth back on, then log back in to the App. It’s frustrating that I have to do this every day. Should be a better fix.

You should not have to do this every day @Flab2Fit
Try first turning Bluetooth Off/On.
Then try clearing the apps cache, this is what logging out and in does.
