Can't log in anymore in the App

Hi all,

 

Does anybody else have issue today with the app? First the dashboard didn't load for me. I could access all other 'pages'. So I tried to reinstall the app but now I can't get passed to log in screen. I keep getting an error 'oops something went wrong. Try again'. I can log in at my laptop without any issues. Also reset my password to try everything.

 

Hope somebody can help out 🙂

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @QuesySue 

I understand you’re having difficulty signing into your account but you did mention you can sign in going through your laptop without issue. Let’s try this:

go to the iOS device you can’t log into

Force shut the app by swiping the app upward

now turn off the iOS device completely, wait 1-2 mins then turn your iOS device back on

now try logging back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password 

 

😃 I’m thinking an iOS restart will help. Please let me know how it goes
