I have an iPhone and downloaded the app today because I got a new FitBit for Christmas. I can log in online but not to the app. I have tried all of the suggestions I could find here on the forum. I checked my date and time settings. I tried turning off Bluetooth and WiFi. I tried resetting my password. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also turned my phone off and on and have done these things over and over in different orders. It keeps saying to check my email and password. I updated my email address in my settings earlier, but have tried all of these things since then.
