I have problem to log in into fitbit mobile apps since i buy sensa 2 last week. Before this i use versa 2 i dont have issue to log in. So i cant sync my sensa 2 with mobile. I try log in but when i enter the username and password the apps just hanging and no response.

Hello there, @Zikri. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit app. 

I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. After that, try to log in again. 

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.

I tried to this still not working  Uninstaller force stop and clear cache still didn't work.
