I had an android phone that I set up my fit bit with originally. Now I have I phone and when I try to log in to Fitbit app it tells me to check my email and password that my email is already used. What can I do since I just have one email address

Hi there, @nanatofour. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with the Fitbit app.
Before anything else, please make sure in the Fitbit app on your iPhone you're clicking "Log in" instead of "Join Fitbit". If you're clicking "Join Fitbit", that would explain why you're not able to log into your Fitbit account. So, try "Log in" with your email address and password to see how it goes.
If the above doesn't do the trick, well then, it seems like either the email address of password you're entering is incorrect. With that being said, I'd like to know if you still have your old Android phone? If you do, please check/verify the email address associated to your Fitbit account. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Account Settings > Change Email.
- Below "Current Email" see if it matches to the one you're trying to enter in the Fitbit app on your iPhone.
If it matches and you still get that error message, then probably is the password which is the incorrect one. That being the case, I'd recommend resetting your password. To do so, see How do I change or reset my Fitbit password?
Once you've done the above, try "Log in" once again in the Fitbit app on your iPhone.
By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.
