Hi,
i can't log into the IOS app, it just shows the 'loading' icon and never changes. I tried clicking, forgot password and got an error report.
I can, however, log into my account on my laptop.
any help would be much appreciated!!

Did some more searching and google and my issue seems to be because I had my phone set to 'manual' time not automatic. Changed it to automatically set and Fitbit was fine! Maybe give that a try
