I got the new iPad 8 this past weekend. Since then I can not log into the app. It says oops something went wrong try again. We’ve deleted and turned off and stood on our head to get this to work. Everything is on the most recent update. We have a Charge 4. Thank you!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @AceWheels17.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:
1. Restart your router.
2. Go to iPad's settings > Safari and then "Clear History and Website Data".
3. Try an alternative network.
4. Turn off WiFi on your iPad and then try to log in using your cellular data, if possible.
Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps!

We have tried all these steps on the new IPad but it still says Oops something went wrong. We tried his ID on a different device and was able to log into the account. We would really like to get this working on his IPad. Any other ideas on how to fix this?

Thank you for your reply, @AceWheels17.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I would like to confirm if you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app? Please also check the following: go to Settings on iPad > Date and Time and turn on "Automatic date and time".
If the issue persists, please confirm the model of your iPad and the software/OS version so I can further investigate.
I’ll be around.
