Can't log into the fitbit site with my iPhone app or synchronise my ionic or charge. I can log into the fitbit sight using the computer. Is part of the sight down?
Moderator edit: subject for clarity

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @gregshepherd2.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're unable to log into your Fitbit account using your iPhone app. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I appreciate the information that you can log into your account using your computer. Since the issue with the app and Fitbit.com was resolved yesterday, I recommend to force quit the app, check if it is updated to the latest version, restart your phone and try to log in again.
If you're able to log into your Fitbit account, you can confirm the steps to sync your devices at How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
If the issue persists, please let me know if you get any error message? I will be glad to investigate further.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi @gregshepherd2, thank you for your reply.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I am glad to hear that you're able to log into your Fitbit account now. Thank you for sharing that your new Fitbit Ionic is not working properly if you have your Charge 2 tracker connected to your Fitbit account. We've received similar reports from other users and our team is investigating this and working on the fix. I appreciate your understanding. For more information about multiple devices on your Fitbit account, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
