I'm replying to this old post because the title of this thread fits the issue I'm having.
I'm trying to set up an account for my son on his iPad.
First I created an account for myself and I have successfully logged in to it on my computer.
Now I want to log in to my account on the iPad (OS 14.6). Whilst writing I'm busy updating to 14.8. Will this be the problem/solution.
Anyway when logging into the fitbit app, I get the message
"Please check that your email and password are correct"
I have reset my email and still this message.
I have rebooted the device. Still the same.
Any further tips?
Thanks,
EH

Welcome to the Community Forums @eshai.
Thanks for the details shared on your post and for the troubleshooting tried prior posting. I understand that this can be very frustrating.
I would like to suggest you to go to your iPad Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your iPad and swiping up the app. After that, try to log in again and make sure you're following these steps to reset your password.
On a side note, I've moved your post to this thread so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

Thank you, Cindy, I have managed, though the Date & Time were set already to be automatically enabled.
