In my now never-ending quest to get my fitbit zip to sync with my phone, I tried all the steps suggested in the forums here. Finally deleted and reloaded the app itself. Now I can't log onto the app! It just keeps saying "Something went wrong. Try again." or something similar.
Any ideas???

The same thing happens to me. Deleted the app and tried logging in. I have no problem logging onto my account on other devices, but not the ios device. It tells me "Oops, something went wrong. Try again."
Hope somebody can help us.
