I have installed Power Sync on my iPhone to enable syncing of Fitbit data to Apple Health. Prior to being able to run the first sync, Power Sync directs me to a Fitbit login page to initially log into Fitbit. This is to give Power Sync access to the Fitbit data. Unfortunately I cannot work out how to login to my Fitbit account from this screen. I've tried various user/password combinations such as:
- Using my pre-Google migration Fitbit User/Password. This fails (as I expected) because I now need to log into using my Google account.
- Using my Google User/Password. This fails even though I can verify I'm logged into the Fitbit app on my iPhone with my Google user name.
I have also tried several other syncing apps, all of which direct me to the same Fitbit login page. And I encounter the same issue as above.
In both the above situations, an error message appears on the Fitbit log in screen saying "If you have moved Fitbit to your Google account, choose Continue with Google" And this is the crux of the problem, as the "Continue with Google" option does not appear.
I have also logged into my Fitbit account from my PC, it correctly gives me the option: "Continue with Google" and I can successfully log in to Fitbit.
I hope someone can help.
