I can't login to Fitbit using the app on my iPhone. I get the message "oops something went wrong, try again". I have verified the username and password multiple times, and I can login via my Windows browser.

I’m sorry to see your having difficulty signing into your Fitbit App. Please try force shutting your app and restarting. Here’s how:
log out of your Fitbit App
force stop the app by swiping it up
try off your iPhone completely and wait 1-2 mins then restart your iPhone
now log into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password
😃 Hopefully this will get you back up and running again. Please keep me posted

Thanks very much, but doing that does not resolve the problem. I still can't login. I get the same error.

Im sorry that suggestion did not resolve your sign in issue. Are you just getting the “Oops Something Went Wrong” prompt or are you also getting an error code with it?
