When I follow the instructions to manually add an activity in the app, no results are shown when searching for my workout (either in English or Dutch). Nothing happens, screen remains empty. I’ve already updated both the Fitbit and the app so I don’t know what else I can try. Is this a commonly know issue?

Thanks for troubleshooting this activities issue. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 4 board to the iOS App board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

Hi Alejandra, I couldn’t find my question so that’s why I made a new post.
So when I follow the steps, literally nothing happens. I made a screenshot and attached it to this reply. You can see I used the word “hardlopen” but I’ve also tried running, run, rennen. What am I doing wrong?

I have exactly the same problem with my ionic. No English nor Dutch activities can be found/added anymore

I'm experiencing the same issue. Also on iOS no English or Dutch activities showing in the list.
Also no recent activities like the screenshot from Laurabosv.
I'm using the latest firmware for the Charge 4 and Fitbit app software.
