Every time I try to open the Fitbit App on my iPad Air, it crashes. I have the latest version of the App and most recent IOS update. I have rebooted the iPad and it still won’t open....initially it loads, I see the Fitbit logo, the screen goes black, and back to the iPad Home screen. Can you help?

Best AnswerI’m having the same problem with the app on my iPod. It is not the same problem as referenced in the thread by ACG. When the app does open I am logged in fine, but often it takes multiple tries to open the app. It will start with a white screen with the green “Fitbit” showing! Hang at this stage for a while and then crash. I tried reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Restarting the iPod doesn’t help.
This is problem was in the past only an occasional problem, but now it occurs regularly. I am not sure to what extent this relates to the latest or any other update, just seems to be a problem which has gradually increased over time.
