Can't open any tiles to view details after update

My app updated this morning and now the I can’t open any of the items to view further details.

I am sorry to hear you can’t open any of the tiles in the app to view further details. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. If you continue experiencing difficulties with the app, please verify if you've done the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Sync your Fitbit and check your details.

If the issue persists, I recommend to uninstall and reinstall the app.
