Hi, I just got the Fitbit ace3 for
my son. I am trying to add him on the app but I can’t physically touch the add child button, well nothing at all happens when I tap it! I have turned the device on and off, reinstalled the app and still no luck. The fit bit device itself says I must install the app on its screen so he can’t use it til that’s sorted, please help!
