Good morning,
I am wondering, why I can’t ready the full content of the personal hints in the Fitbit app, that are sometimes shown on the top of the dashboard.
there is almost always a longer text and I can’t tap on it or anything, to read the full content…
Maybe someone knows and can help me with that.

If you haven't done it already, please try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your cellphone
- Log back in

Hi,
I'm experiencing the same symptoms. Here's a pic that shows the cut-off personal insight:
Notice the last sentence, "awesome work stayin..."
There should be a continuation of this sentence. But it's not accessible to me.
I'm not able to tap on it to expand it, and cannot view the rest of the sentence.
This is an iPhone SE, iOS 14.4.2. This is a relatively small handset, I'm wondering if that's related.
My FitBit app version is 3.42 (1052).
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app or restarting the phone doesn't seem to change it.
Is this personal insight tappable by the user on other mobile devices?
Anyway, it's not a major issue and everything is 100% fine. You can often guess the remaining text without expanding it.
Very happy with the Charge 4 so far, seeing results already.

I also cannot read the rest of the insight message that appears daily at the top of my screen. I would like to be able to read the entire message as they seem interesting; however, I cannot expand it or open it. I have an iphone 11 running ios 14.6. Please advise! Thank you.

The tips which occasionally appear at the top of the screen are incomplete. For example - your highest number of steps this month is ....
How can I access the rest of the message? Tapping it does nothing?
Sorry can’t do better with my description but I don’t know what they are called.
