I can only see one line of text in the challenges—the rest of the text is cut off. This is only iOS as the Apple users are having the same problem but not the Android users. I don’t see a post for this and it’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I’ve closed and opened the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone. Is this problem being worked on?

I failed to mention earlier, I have a Charge 2. And my iPhone is an iPhone 8. And this didn’t start happening until the latest iOS update recently. Here’s a screen shot from one of my challenges... Ridiculous how all Fitbit-generated comments are cut short. Update on this please?
I am also having this problem but only with my iPad Pro. My old iPhone6 12.4.2. is not affected. See also this thread:
Looks like this is an iOS13 issue.
I am having the same problem with the Fitbit challenge messages been cut off. It started after I upgraded to the latest version of Fitbit. I have an iPhone 8 and am using iOS 13.1.3. Based on my background in programming, it appears that the field for the messages just needs to be expanded, which is likely a simple fix. Hope this is resolved soon. I participate in challenges quite a bit and it is frustrating when the messages are cut off.
I am also having this same problem which is very frustrating when you don’t know who the Fitbit message is for. I am on an iPhone 7 running 13.1.3 and I have a Fitbit Blaze
i tried to include an image on here but was given an error that said I don’t have permission to upload images.
Here’s another example of text being cutoff, and is the same problem someone else mentioned on this Issue, how you can’t tell now who’s won a badge. How do I congratulate the person who got a Spaceship badge just now when I can’t see who it is?? 😠
I am having the same problem. I’ve been hosting workweek hustle challenges for the last 3 weeks and I can’t see the rest of any of the FitBit generated chat. So frustrating!!! Also an iOS user, iPhone X and Versa 2.
Thanks again for staying in the loop.
Over 3 weeks and 2 updates later, no moderator has gotten back here and the problem has not been resolved. Patience and understanding tend to be difficult when there is zero customer service.
I, too, have been having this issue for weeks. It’s very irritating. I have an iPhone 7, iOS 13.2 and am using a Charge 3. I participate in the Workweek Challenge with primarily the same group of people each week. Am eagerly awaiting a fix!
I’m another one with this problem. It cuts off and I only see the first line of the app generated messages. The app update that just ran did not fix it either. I have iOS 13.2.3 and FirBit app version 3.10. If anything, I’ve had this and more problems since the 3.10 “fixes”.
It really is! I thought they were a reputable company. I don't understand. Doesn't seem like it would be a hard thing to fix. They should at the very least send out an email apologizing and saying they're working on it.
I set daily challenges in the Fitbit app for me & my friends, however when I see the text info showing who’s in the lead or updates on people’s progress the txt looks like it’s been half rubbed out horizontally, hard to read what anything says
Hello @Squash1
Currently there is an issue with chat being “cut off” in the challenges. It appears to only effect iOS users from my understanding. (I’m experiencing the issue as well) The Fitbit Team is aware of the issue and is currently working on a fix. This issue is currently being discussed here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Can-t-see-all-text-in-challenges/m-p/3909182#M123740
I’m going to move your post to that thread so you can participate in the discussion as well keep up with any updates as the become available.
This has been going on for months...I have the app v3.11, and I’m running iOS 13.2.3 on my iPhone 7, and after months of this it’s so frustrating to find this thread with the exact problem and no response. I suppose I’m glad it isn’t just something I did to mess up my phone, but honestly....the interaction in our weekly challenges has dropped to zero because of this, and it almost feels not worth doing them anymore as we can’t actually see what each other are doing.
please fix, Fitbit. Like...yesterday. Honestly.

Hi everyone. It's good to see you here and I'm sorry for the delayed response.
A special thanks to my friend @SunsetRunner for your help. Also to @Shapor11 for the screenshots provided.
Thanks for reporting that the messages generated by Fitbit aren't fully displayed, as well for the steps tried on your own. I've gone ahead and reported this to our team so they can further investigate and work on this matter. Once I have more details, I'll update this thread.
I'll be around if you have another question.
It’s been a month and a half and just now the problem is being reported? It’s not a “delay”. It’s customer service failure that I should expect from Fitbit but somehow seems always beyond belief.
