Can’t see any of my of pictures

Why can’t I see any of my post pics ...even immediately after I post they don’t show up under my profile

Hello and welcome @TheDs 

I have experienced this as well. The best way to resolve this is force shutting your app. 
Here’s how:

log out of your Fitbit App

turn off your iOS device completely, wait 1-2 mins the restart your iOS device 

now log into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password 

sync your device

I've had this same problem for over 3 months now and I have emailed fitbit numerous times. They can't seem to be able to fix it. I've tried everything and still can't see any of my pictures. So frustrating.

Are we talking about posts in this comunity or on the community in the iOS app?

All my post in public groups ...posts on private groups...they are not showing up.. I did a force quit as suggested...o deleted the app, restarted it and reinstalled...still missing

In the community through  the app where I’ve always been able to see them ...can you even do that outside of the app ?

Fitbit has 2 communities, the one is accursed through the fitbit app and the other community you are posting in. Wasn't sure which you where referring to. I just tried through the app on android without an issue

Hello @TheDs and @SunsetRunner 

Let’s try looking at your Fitbit Setting and see if that may be the issue. Here’s how:

 

To put existing pictures you have in the forums:

go to your iOS Device > Tap your settings>Tap Fitbit>Tap Photos>make sure “read and write” is enabled 

 

To put a picture you just took with your iOS camera:

go to your iOS Device > Tap your settings> Tap Fitbit>Tap Photos >enable Camera

 

😉 Hopefully that will do the trick

..through the fitbit app and not everyone has that problem. Fitbit support is aware but can't seem to be able to find a solution right now. See below what they said.

I've done all of that and the settings are fine. Fitbit support is aware of the situation as well. This was their response back in June.

Please let me know what iOS device (example: iPad Pro 11, iPhone 7 Plus) you are using along with it’s version. Also are you using the latest Fitbit App version 3.9 as well?

I don’t have a photo option in setting when I click Fitbit ...I can post pictures but I can’t see them under my profile. I have the XR ...I signed out the app...deleted the app...restarted my phone ..re download the app..signed back in...and still no pics under my profile
