Since switching to Google, I can no longer see the battery life on my iphone. In the past with Fitbit, I could see it in the top left hand corner. Where is it?

Hi there, @Ireland_15.

Thanks for letting us know that you've migrated your account to Google. I understand how important it is to have the battery level displayed at a glance and let's work on this together. Before anything else, could you check the version of the Fitbit app installed on your iPhone? I'm asking this as last year our team released a new version which changed the layout of the Fitbit app and later, they released another version that included the battery percentage icon.

With that in mind, I'd suggest the following:

  1. Go to the App Store and if there is a pending update for the Fitbit app, please install it.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Check if the battery level appears at the upper left corner of the screen (see screenshot).
