Can’t select Inspire 2 notifications tile since update

Other than the fact that my Inspire 2 randomly turns on DND, I had not had any notification issues.   I noticed after the latest updates both to the Fitbit app and to my iOS) that I am unable to click on Notifications in my profile.  Nothing happens when I click on it.  It turns grey for a brief moment but the next screen does not open.   I have since received a new device and I have the same issue on the new phone.   I have followed all of these steps below, but I can’t get to the final notifications page to make the tweaks I need to add the app notifications I’d like.

@GB06447 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I appreciate providing a link to the help article. I recommend syncing your device and then uninstall/delete the Fitbit app from your phone. After that re-download the Fitbit app and sign back in. Regarding the issue with DND, please check this post with useful information.

SAME. I purchased a new iPhone SE 2020 & thought that was the issue. However after handing phone to tech savvy children issue was not resolved.  It appears that the only notifications being received are incoming calls. No texts. Tried everything mentioned in help forums.

I updated to IOS 14.4 on iPhone. Then during live chat I was asked to turn iMessages off & back on. My text issue is resolved. YAY!

I get text notifications.  It’s the other app notifications that I don’t get anymore.  I can’t even get to that section in the app.

Thank you!   Uninstall/reinstall fixed the notification issue.   As for the DND issue, it’s been two days and it hasn’t done it, so that’s good, too.
