Can't send a message, comment on post or see profile photo

I can’t send a message. Each time I try to is says on a red fonts “message not sent, Tao to retry” and I can’t see my photo on my profile display. I’m also having trouble commenting on people’s posts

I am sorry to hear you're having difficulty with sending a message, seeing your profile photo and commenting on posts. I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
