Hello.
I was just given a Force by someone who upgraded to a different model of tracker. I'm trying to set it up; however, Fitbit Connect doesn't list Force as an option. It only lists Aria Air, Alta HR, Alta, Flex 2, Charge 2, Blaze, Surge, Aria, Charge HR, Flex, and a picture that's half cut off on the screen so I can't even see the name.
I was looking on the website trying to find alternative instructions, but the Force page's Setup sends me to the general setup page, and from there, the general help takes me to another generic page, which is completely useless. How do I set up the Force to work properly?
Thank you.

Best AnswerHi @HelloSunny the Fitbit Force was recalled by the company in 2014. Check this page for information. Since it was recalled, you won't be able to set it up or use it. If your friend was the original owner, you'd think they would have been notified by mail to discontinue using it. Sorry you can't use your present from your friend.

Ohh, what a big bummer. 😞 There's no legacy software available for older models? She said it worked fine for her, no issues, no allergies, no weird effects...
Best Answer@HelloSunny once it was recalled, naturally they wouldn't continue updating it. She was the original owner? They notified owners to return it for a refund.
