Dear,
I bought surge several months ago and set up on BB10 successfully. Recently, I change to ip 6s and want to pair surge with the new one but fail.I tried to restart both of surge and phone and it's still not ok.
One more strange thing is my surge took more than 15 min to start up. It's so slow and seems get some problems. Pls give me some advices.

@pnf Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Make sure your device is on the list of supported devices. If it is, follow the set up troubleshooting steps. Also, a restart should help fix the problem.

@SantiR I had found and completed all troubleshooting steps before raising this ticket. Unfortunately, those steps can't help me. My Surge took so long time to start up and still couldn't connect to Iphone 6s Plus.

@pnf Thank you for trying those steps, sorry to hear that they didn't worked for you. I will recommend to report this problem to customer support as they will give you the best solution available. Make sure to check your warranty too.
