Can't set up charge hr

When i try to add charge hr get 400 error message. App has been updated and have logged out and in again. Pretty frustrated. Can anyone advise?

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. If you are receiving a 400 error message, I recommend checking if your iOS Fitbit app is updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the How do I update my app for iOS? post.

Thanks. Already did that but found I needed to close the dashboard on my pc. Simple. If only I knew that earlier! Thanks for your help
