Can't set up device, unable to accept Terms of Service on iOS 11

So I'm using an iPhone6 with iOS 11, and I can't re-add my Flex after removing it to try and solve some syncing issues I was having.

In the app (v2.40 (714)) I click "Account" --> "Set Up A Device" --> select "Flex" --> click "Set Up Your Fitbit Flex", and get to the "Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" screen, where hitting "next" does nothing and I'm dead in the water.

I'm at work, don't have my charger dongle, and would really like for the app to just work. Strange, I know.

thanks!

Mark

Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on. If that still doesn’t work, turn your phone completely off, and then turn it back on. I hope this helps!

Ttry reinstalling the app without Bluetooth and then turning it on only when you’re at the T&C page, wait about 20 seconds and then press ‘Accept’.

Once I turned on Bluetooth, I was good to go! Hope it’s an easy fix for you too!

Are they still working on this issue?   I've been on the phone with iPhone twice since getting my new phone and the fix they provide me fixes it for about a second and then it is back to not working.  Any more solutions out there???

This is an older issue that has since been resolved. I'll be closing it for further responses. If you are experiencing a similar issue, please look for another recent post or start a new thread. Thanks.
