@B.J. I moved your post for better visibility since it was an old issue that has since been resolved. Is it possible to share a screenshot of where you are getting stuck?

I appreciate your participation in the forums. If you're still experiencing this issue, please update the OS on your phone and update the Fitbit app. Since this issue has been resolved, it's possible an outdated app or OS might be causing trouble.

Everything is up to date and it's still giving me the same error message.
