Can’t stay synced w/ iPhone 6 (12.4.1)

I can’t keep my Fitbit Versa synced to my phone. It connects for a second or two, then it gets kicked off for a couple seconds, then kicks it off again, etc, etc. I have iOS 12.4.1 installed, I’ve restarted my Bluetooth and phone twice, uninstalled and reinstalled my Versa, and it isn’t working.

Hello @Tom.blodgett

Have you tried turning on “All Day Sync” on your Fitbit App? If your interested just open your Fitbit app, tap profile picture, tap Fitbit Versa (just under the family account) then scroll down and see if all Day Sync is activated. I hope this gives you a solution to your problem.

You’re not the only one with this problem. It’s now down to fitbit to sort it out. I have the same issues and so do many other people who have tried everything to make sure it stays synced. I have a Versa and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’m afraid this is on their end, not yours.
