Can’t sync my Charge 3 after updating iPhone/iPad

My charge three is not being found after updating my iPhone and iPad. I have checked the Bluetooth connection, I have the location set for always, and I have everything well charged.  What else can I do?

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Charge 3 stopped syncing after updating your iPhone and iPad. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help you. I would like to confirm if you've followed the complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

 

Please also make sure the following:

 

- Open Settings app on iPhone

- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned "On"
