Can’t sync without Internet

I have been receiving on a regular basis the message that I cannot sync without Internet. This message has occurred since the introduction of version 4.00, but I cannot tell if it is specific to recent updates or had occurred earlier. I do not have Internet service at my home, and I have never had Internet service at my home. I am using an iPhone SE third generation and I have a 5G plus connection. Most of the time I can get into the Fitbit home screen without any problems. This problem never occurred with my iPhone 7 and download speed of LTE. It never occurred with my charge to or my charge for.  it has only started happening in October of this year and if it only happened once I would not bring it up. I am using version 4.03. Apple version 17.1 and I would love to know why this message occurs randomly with some regularity.

This morning I updated to iOS Fitbit version 4.04 and this afternoon I received the message that I cannot sync without Internet again. I was hoping that this might have been corrected with the 4.04 upgrade. I am using an iPhone SE third generation with a 5G plus connection. my iPhone is running on version 17.1.1 the most current update. I am blind and have dictated this on my iPhone and hope that you will be able to understand my ramblings.
