Can’t sync without Internet

it is happening again. I am receiving the pop-up message that I cannot sync without Internet. This happens when I try to sync from the home screen using the synchronized button. I do not have Internet and I have never had Internet in my home. I use my iPhone SE third generation running iOS 18.1.1. This is very frustrating because it happens multiple times during the day when I am trying to update my Fitbit information. I am currently running Fitbit version 4.32 and Hope this problem can be addressed again because at one time it was a regular occurrence and then apparently was Fixed. I am a blind user and I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope that you will be able to understand my ramblings.

Hi @Podunk ! Thank you for your report and information. 

On your iPhone do you use mobile data when you are not at home, during the day ?
If so this method was used to sync your Fitbit with your Fitbit app, previously.

Mobile data is the name for Internet usage on a mobile device. 

An internet connection is needed for your data to be saved into your account.

I use mobile data on my iPhone in order to update my Fitbit information. I do not have Wi-Fi at my home and retired prior to my purchase of a Fitbit charge too. An early or versions of the Fitbit app when I receive this message, I have had to exit the app and then open the app again in hopes that the message would not reoccur. In this case, the pop-up message allows me to dismiss the message and continue. It appears that it is directly related to the sink now button on the home screen of the Fitbit app version 4.32. again, I have always used the mobile data on my iPhone and use mobile data for all of my online activity.

If possible and if it doesn't cause you much inconvenience, could you please attach a screenshot with the message on your reply. 
You already provided the phone model and the OS version. With that info can our team investigate the issue with the message.

Sent from my iPhone because the pop-up screen occurs intermittently and then when it does with some regularity, I am not sure when I will be able to capture a screenshot and attach it to this thread. I will try to remember to take a screenshot and attach it the next time it happens and if it should happen repeatedly at that time, I will take screenshots for those also.
