FITBIT Premium makes it very difficult to cancel the trial membership! I just signed up for the membership all little over a week ago and decided I would not need it, so I have been trying to cancel it the past few days, to no avail! They intentionally do this to frustrate consumers in hopes they will forget or give up and just pay for the membership! I have called and got a representative name Daniel way in South America! He question everything but did not cancel the membership. Instead he gave me a reference number and said someone would contact me. The problem is, he never asked for any of my identifying or contact information prior to giving me a reference number. When I called him out about it, he then said, “Well what is your email address.” Since Fitbit has conniving business practices, I CANCELLED MY CARD attached to the membership!!!! Never again will I deal with Fitbit of my own accord and I am glad I decided to not get that **ahem** watch! Not worth the hassle or any more of my valuable time!

again, i cancelled my card & problem is really solved! obviously i did all of the above before posting to the forum and i could care less who reports what because it we also have the option to comment via social media, google, yelp, and the media so report all you want to sensor the truth! cancellation options should not be this difficult to do based on each consumer personal experience!!! if it is not your experience, keep moving, kick rocks, or go play in traffic - your choice! for those that do have this issue, awareness is made! reporting to my financial institution, with proof given my attempts to cancel given this hideous hidden cancellation process, and cancelling my card has definitely solved the problem! never again!!!
