After being told by Fitbit that it was impossible to use my laptop to get started with my new Fitbit Inspire HR, I finally bought a new smartphone. But when I logged into the Fitbit app on the iPhone, it said I couldn't use my email address because it is already being used...by me, of course, on my laptop. I'm certainly not the first to make this shift - I may be the last - but there's got to be a way to do this simply. Please offer me some help!

It sounds like when you installed the app on your phone you tried to set up a new fitbit account. There's no need to do this as you already set up your account on your laptop. So, instead of choosing the option to join fitbit, take the option to login with the email id and password you used on your laptop. Then you should be able to add your fitbit to your account.

On the face of my new Inspire HR (it's a replacement one), I can't get it to show anything except "www.fitbit.com/setup". I downloaded the software on my iPhone, but the tracker is still inoperable. Any suggestions?
