Cannot login IOS - Please check that your email and password are correct.

I have got new fitbit hr. 

Created account online.

But when I am trying login with IOS app in my Iphone I am having issues and error messages is shown as:

Please check that your email and password are correct.

 

 

PLeasseeee HELP!!!

@vankiravi Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend tapping on the "forgot password?" option on the login section of the app. You will receive an email with instructions to have access and create a new password. That should give you access! Smiley Very Happy
