Cannot manually log an activity

When I type the name of the activity I wish to log manually in to the search bar, no results are appearing. 

I have been logging the same two activities daily for years using this method (yoga/meditation) - the list of ‘recent’ activities the app shows automatically has never reflected this fact (it is a list of activities i have never recorded) but that has not been an issue as the search function has worked. 

The issue started spontaneously today and persisted after i installed the latest update.

iphone SE 2020, iOS 26.2

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to manually log some exercises. I appreciate the information provided.

Since you have updated your app, please also verify that both your watch and your mobile phone are updated.
