Same issue for me since the updated. I've just deleted the app and downloaded again and seems to be OK now (had to restart my iPhone first).

So I decided to delete the app and reinstall it, but now it won't install on my iPhone 6+. The download icon in the app store just keeps spinning, and it never starts the download.
Does anyone know how to get the app to re-install?
Best AnswerI was able to reinstall last night. I don't know why -- I didn't change anything -- but now it's installed and working properly.

Best AnswerYes me too. I had to turn phone completely off & on, then able to reinstall so maybe a phone issue rather than a Fitbit issue. Bizarre it started just after most recent Fitbit upgrade though.
