You have made account recovery so difficult, I am deleting the app and throwing the fitbit away. I have spent over 30 minutes trying to recover my account due to password changes and it still won't just let me in. Boondoggle!

I've moved your post to the iOS App so we can keep the forums organized. I understand how frustrating this has been for you, and appreciate the time taken while working on this matter. Because it's been a few days, could you tell me if the issue still persists? If so, do you see an error message when trying to log into your account?
In case you want to give it one more chance, please check if the Fitbit app is updated, reboot your phone and try logging one more time. You can also try accessing your account from your fitbit.com dashboard.
