I am trying to set up a new sense device on the fitbit app. But the app keeps telling me to give "Fitbit" access to bluetooth. But the iphone can't discover the sense2 (it doesn't show up). The iphone bluetooth is on. I have tried many of the so-called trouble shooting approach but to no avail. Help

Found the answer myself. Discovered that the sharing option for bluetooth and location services were off on the iPhone. Turned them on and was able to detect the sense watch to pair it.

Welcome to the forums, @AydoNoh.
Thanks for the details provided, and every step tried on your own. I understand how you're feeling and just to confirm, please confirm if you've tried the troubleshooting described here. If that's correct, may I know if you've used another phone to sync your Sense? I'm asking this as if both mobile devices are nearby, they'll interfere with the syncing process. Assuming that applies to you, I'd suggest removing your watch from the Bluetooth settings from that other device, and trying these other steps:

Did the troubleshooting but did not resolve my issue. Followed your steps above but the iphone keeps telling me to "You must give Fitbit access to Bluetooth to sync your data.". I click on the "settings" option and it forwards me to "Allow fitbit to access: Siri and search, notifications, background app refresh, and language." Turned on everything in this page but i can't find the bluetooth option. Went to the bluetooth setting, turned it off for about 5 minutes then turned it back on. The iphone is still not detecting the sense2.
